Shipping conditions

Delivery area
Shipping is currently only available within Germany (no Islands).

Important information regarding shipping by freight carrier

• Delivery is made to the curbside.

• Delivery to the apartment, garden or property is not included in the delivery.

• Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible by truck.

Right of withdrawal & returns

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Blechdeckel GmbH) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Return of goods

You must return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days of cancellation.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
This applies in particular to goods suitable for shipping (e.g. fire bowls, fire baskets, barbecue areas).
Please contact us beforehand.

Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs

• Custom-made or customized products

Condition of goods
Please return the goods undamaged, complete and securely packaged for transport.
You are only liable for any loss in value if it is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the condition of the item.
